Know before you order.
The essentials are collected here so you do not have to hunt through the site. Exact product options and delivery costs are confirmed before checkout.
Shipping and production
Products are made after an order is placed, so production time comes before transit time. Available shipping methods, current costs, and address details appear during checkout. Contact customer service if you need help before ordering.
Returns and order issues
Do not send an item back without contacting Trendennials first. Eligibility can depend on the product and the issue. Use the form below with your order number and a description so the team can review the correct next step.
How do I choose a size?
Open the product page, choose an available option, and use its Size Guide before adding to cart. If you are between sizes or unsure about the intended fit, send a sizing question before ordering.
What does “made to order” mean?
Production begins after checkout instead of pulling every item from pre-made bulk inventory. This can reduce overproduction, but it also means the order may take longer to leave the production facility.
Does TrendBot use AI?
Not yet. The current guided stylist uses transparent rules and the live Trendennials catalog. A future AI version will require a secure service, strict catalog grounding, privacy controls, and testing before it is labeled active.
Does virtual try-on work?
No. The current camera feature is a permission-based preview only. It does not estimate fit or overlay a garment. The button and modal are labeled as a prototype so there is no confusion.
We’re here for the fit check.
Ask about sizing, a product, shipping, or an existing order. The working form alerts the Trendennials customer-service team.
Want the next-drop note?
A dedicated email platform is not connected yet, so Trendennials will not pretend this is an automated newsletter. Choose “New-drop alerts” in the contact form to request a manual heads-up.
